It's a jungle out here. The pond is green, the grass grows three inches a week, the air is teeming with insects, and I have to wear a hat all the time I'm out. The grown-ups keep saying `lovely Spring'. I haven't seen any springs. Wheels and cogs and screws, but no springs.
I've learnt this really useful word---no.

to take notice, I've found.
